Placing an order
Your order is accepted when The Nook acknowledges it. Availability, collection times and delivery slots may change during busy periods.
Collection and delivery
Collection is free. Delivery fees, the minimum food spend and eligible postcode areas are shown before you place your order.
Changes and cancellations
If we cannot fulfil part of your order, we will contact you using the details supplied. Speak to us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Allergens
Please check the allergen information shown with each item and tell us about allergies in your order notes. Contact The Nook before ordering if you need more information.
Discounts and vouchers
Codes are subject to their stated expiry, minimum spend and usage limits. Dice-game vouchers can be used once and cover one eligible item up to the stated prize value.
Your information
We use the details you provide to prepare, deliver and update you about your order. Marketing messages are optional and can be switched off in your notification settings.
